Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your piece of heritage. If you're not satisfied,
contact us within 30 days of delivery at zhang.sail@gmail.com
to request a return authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without an approved RMA.

Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless faulty
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, we cover everything — send us a photo
  and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, no return needed

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment
method within 5–7 business days.
